Thank you for shopping with THE DUFF CLUB. This shipping policy applies to all orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Fridays and public holidays).

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

Delivery Time (UAE)

Estimated delivery times within the UAE are:

  • Dubai: 1–2 business days

  • Other Emirates: 2–4 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout

Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, an additional COD fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.
Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent via email or SMS.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Unanswered delivery calls

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipment.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue
